The worst people ever and they think because you are Spanish they can take advantage of you!!!!special RUTH!!! She never returns call and charges what ever she wants!!! The worst of the worst! They say it is $100 or $160 to file taxes for a single person with a single W2 and then out of nowhere eight months later is when they charge you $400 dollars out of nowhere!!!! I recommend to all those who file taxes that you check these people because I am going to report them to the credit department. They are fraudulent and some people who do not think they have any complaints and I am going to take legal action against you. Lets see how many cases they have pending,,,,,disrespect has nothing to do with the fact you charge 400 dollars after 8 months later when I am calling for consultation! Fraudulent people! Call me what ever you want lets see if the judge thinks the same way

Taxes were prepared incorrectly, and when I complained, I was given a bad attitude. I was told someone would call me back and never did. Poor customer service! Over priced for the level is service.

Ruth is a very professional and helpful we used came here to do our taxes but this year we went other place and they made a big mistake filling our taxes, we come back to HISPANUSA and Ruth help us to fix the other agency mistakes in the best way, so prefessional and explained us every detail very well, definitely amazing experience in this company, I highly recommend it!

HispanUSA made my entire process possible in an agile and efficient way, regarding Residency and Citizenship, all of its staff is friendly and highly knowledgeable about immigration laws, their advice is reliable and the procedures were completed in record time. Both processes between the application and the interviews only lasted less than three months and the entire process was done via telephone and using technical doctors. Thank you Mrs. Consuelo and Ruth for everything.

Been coming here for years and can't explain how much knowledge; Ruth has. I've made the mistake of going elsewhere in the past and regret it to this day. Ruth is not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful and courteous to me aswell. Crypto and stocks can be intimidating when tax time comes, but she's helped me understand and recover the most available. My regular work w2, regular work expenses, everything in general, just so glad she helps me save money. Love them couldn't feel more secure with my results!
