The past three years, I've filed at the last possible moment. And each year, the Bean Team has gotten my taxes done on time in spite of my procrastination. Marsha is a saint, taking my calls at the latest hours on filing day. After years of doing my own taxes, I'm more than happy to have the Bean Team do them for me.

I sat down with Nick Calabro of the Bean Team in March 2014. Seminole Sitters was only serving the Tallahassee area at that time and considering branching out to serve families in Clearwater / St. Pete. Nick sat down over our books and helped create a budget that would work for the new branch and also provided advice on how to set up our QuickBooks to record everything well. Two years later, the new branch is doing well! Other professionals (outside the Bean Team) who have since discussed the new branch and finances with me have each said his advice as we were getting started was spot-on. I'm grateful for the Bean Team's help!

Bean Team is fantastic!! From the moment I initially meet with them to go over my needs I knew that it was going to be a great fit. You could tell right away that they genuinely cared about what my business did and listened attentively to make sure they could meet my needs. These people do a great job handling accounting, including taxes and HR, including temporary and permanent staffing. It's a pleasure to do business with them.
