If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the stress, headache, time, and money for an actual professional. I could have done better myself and I know nothing about taxes. You can never get ahold of them and they do everything last minute(down to the second). My family is going into the new year with debt because of ignorance. I’m not sure how they remain a business other than charging for literally nothing but making situations worse. They take advantage of you in every way. I personally worked with Kathy for anyone wondering, but I highly recommend not wasting time at all with anyone there.

Extremely unprofessional. Inappropriate in the way they spoke with me, had me come to their house for my appointment (equally unprofessional). Will certainly not use them again.

Charged me $650.00 last year and without them a honest and non confrontational cpa this year was $150.00 for same exact return. Crooks.
