Be aware What you do with this company? If you need help trying to explain your taxes that they filled-out you won't get it plus on top of it. I was being charged for quick books and never signed up for quick books. But they had my bank account information, and I was being charged $30 a month. They did tell me that they were supposed to be being charged, not me. Refunded, my money, but the question is, how do quick books get my bank account information and charge me to begin with I would think after being charged $4000 a year. That you at least get a little help from them, but no be ware also, to add, I was never provided with a hard copy of my taxes and you would think almost 4000A year I would get a hard copy. You as my accountant, when a loan officer asked you to provide a explanation of the taxes which you done, not me. You proceeded to give me an attitude and which You told me this is a free country you can do what you want. Yes, I know. It's a free country, I'm A US military veteran. I served my country. I was born and raised here. I know what my freedom is.Do you i just think it's very disrespectful to tell me an American citizen born and raised here. That this is a free country, sad
