I called this company to ask about my tax situation and to see if maybe it would be better for me if I just used tax company like their own instead of trying to do them myself, and possibly go thru them and pay them to do them bec they were close to my home, the older lady I was transferred to was very rude she wouldn’t listen to a word I said and told me nobody was going to accept my acct this late and hung up on me, she was so rude I literally cried when I got off of the phone! Then when I called back to ask her name nobody would answer they kept sending me to a vm! This company is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone ever!!!! That is actually a lie I did not call back repeatedly, I called back only twice and have the screenshots to prove it so now you (the owner) are just flat out lying on top of being absolutely rude!! I can see by reading the other reviews I’m obviously not the only person you have spoken too rudely and unprofessionally, so maybe you should learn how to be more professional in your place of business and you wouldn’t have bad reviews instead of making up excuses for your lack of professionalism and the poor attitude that you have while talking to potential clients or anyone that may call your place of business that you have listed here available for tax services on google !!

A few years ago they got me straight on some past years i didn't pay taxes during my younger foolish years when Uncle Sam started to take my tax returns. I've been going to them ever since. I like that i can just hand them all my papers and they do a great job with the preparation. Very nice people.
