OAS performed an expectations call with us. We reviewed our workload and billing. They indicated they could take on the work and 2 months later one invoice was sent out after billing several thousands in labor. It doesn’t appear they were qualified to do the work in Vantagepoint, but still wanted the contract. They then cancelled the contract with us once we told them they weren’t familiar with our software instead of owning up and attempting to resolve the issue. I work with a lot of professionals in our industry and this was not one of them.
