Absolutely disappointing. We filed our income taxes March of last year. The forms got lost in the mail and there was no communication between Koehler and us for updates. It has been almost a year and we have not received our refund or any of the stimulus checks.

A friend recommended Mr Koehler to me, to have my taxes done when I was experiencing a crisis in my life. He made the process seamless, and even though I was disorganized due to a death in my family, he made it simple and took the pressure off of me. It takes a lot of pressure off knowing I have someone more than capable I can depend on for my tax needs.
