They messed up my taxes in 2018 I got audited 2019 they tried to make an amendment said I was going to get back $750 after they fixed the audit Only for me to be audited again that I owe $859 now to IRS They have no idea what they're doing up there but they're going to have to fix this cuz I'm going to sue them This is third time I brought my taxes for them too Bring back to their original and they can't do it. I can give them less than one star I would

Whatever you do, do not have them prepare your taxes. Although they prepared my taxes quick, the lack of proffessionalism expected from proffesionals was not there. Not only did they input my daughters wrong birth day which cause them to have to re-submitt my taxes to the IRS. They also asked if I wanted an advance on my tax return which I responded yes. After a couple of days she called me to inform me that I was approved for 1000.00 dollars and I said thank you. After waiting over a week I called them to ask her when would I be expecting it and that's when she ( not to mention any names) told me I would have to wait till the IRS was opened and they processed my return.. I was in disbelief that she did not notify me this prior to filing through them..I would've to went another place such as H and R Block. At least they have the funds internally to fund an advance. She should've been more forth coming. A few more days passed by after the IRS opened I then called them repeatedly and and left an email with no response. My wife had to call from her phone and they finally answered. After a lengthy coversation she told my wife we didn't ask for the advance. I told my wife, she personally called me to inform me about the approval for the 1000.00 dollars. It turns out she called back and admitted she did not select that option when filing for me. I've never encountered these errors when filing my taxes ever... I could've done a more accurate job myself. I will never be using their services again. People pay the extra money and go with a more reputable company.

I highly recommend coming to Poinciana location they are really great at customers service very educated employees ! Company helped me receive my stimulus without having to file taxes ! If your in need of your stimulus this company will be it ! BONUS - They give u a free hotel stay for 3 days 2 night 🏝

Great company ! They helped me fix all errors made on my last return due to NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANCE ! with NO charge. They have filed my 2020 taxes and got me back almost 6k with my two dependents Office manager Ericka was the best at communicating and understanding my frustrations due to the last company they bought out ! I highly recommend this company if your interested in a good refund also i have received a free hotel stay for 3 days 2 night ! Great company highly recommended !
