Our employer uses this company for payroll, my husband has child support come out of his check, yesterday 6/22/22 we got a letter from child support stating no child support has been received almost 5,500 in child support is unaccounted for! Story now is they have not figured out how to pay the child support payments, wth! There is no reason a Tax/payroll place should not be able to pay these! Now credit has taken a hit, along with fees and penalties! And none of this would have been known if we would have not got a letter from child support stating he has not payed! (Yes they have been taking it out of his check!)

It doesn't get much worse than this. Incompetent CPA and staff. Cost me thousands due to fines and penalties because they are so incompetent and unconcerned.

These people are amazing to work with. They are extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the most recent and up-to-date tax laws, as well as small business and college write-offs, and are very service-oriented, especially when it comes to you getting a refund. I recommend them to anyone.
