Within a week being on the job, Sorchae found a fraudulent charge on my business account that could have, in the long run, cost us everything. She's brilliant, personable, and super nerdy about her job. I'm so grateful to work with her. She's saved my business!

I usually do not take the time to write reviews because like most people I am extremely busy and usually make excuses and put them off. Well, Sorchae deserves my time and a great review because she helped me when no one else even tried. I reached out to her because for the last year QuickBooks/Intuit had my admin passwords all messed up, plus other issues. I also wanted her to help me upgrade my QuickBooks to the next version. I talked to several representatives from Intuit, and nobody could help me. I was very nervous calling her because I thought she would be like all the representatives I talked to before and I wasn’t looking forward to explaining everything. She listened to me and asked me many questions. She didn’t know all the answers at the time, but she researched everything she could to help me. She came to my office and for five hours we were on the phone with Intuit and finally got everything correct. Well, we thought we did but there were still some issues. I called her the following day explaining the problem and again she researched and called me back. She made a three-way conversation with Intuit for over an hour and finally they made it right. I really don’t think anybody could have helped me but her. So, don’t hesitate to give her a call. If she doesn’t know the answer at the time, she will research and do her very best to make your life a lot easier and get the job done. She’s very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and truly cares about her customers. She’s amazing and I’m happy I made that phone call and I’m sure I will call her again.
