I advise no one to let them file your taxes i have been waiting on last year taxes here it is awhole nother and still don’t have them when I reach out to irs they can’t even find anything but a rejection I had to paper file and they can’t even find that I have been calling them no answer Walter was supposed to call me and figure out what’s going on never did I will never file with them again

I did my taxes with Walter in 2020 and 2021. In November 2021 I received a letter from the IRS stating we where being audited for our 2020 taxes and that we owe 12,000. We where told we paid for audit protection on the fee we where charged when we filed our return. Since November we have been trying to communicate with Tax Reliance and Walter through his direct number in which he has blocked both mine and my husbands number and has not returned any of our messages or emails. He has completely ghosted us!! His office originally was in Orlando and then relocated to Pensacola to which we now have to travel to to try and get some answers. As we could not access our return through their portal we had to get a copy from the IRS website and discovered they put items on there we where unaware of and have no knowledge of which is why we are being audited. I DO NOT recommend you do your taxes with this company!!

Best tax office in the city, they answer when you call and find answers to questions and concerns that you may have.

Not professional at all! Never provided a copy of return as requested and was rude when I called back after never receiving it. Refused to provide a copy! Never again’ Negative Quality, Professionalism

Great company to file your taxes I highly recommend them. they were so helpful and thoughtful. They even assist me with my IRS issue and was able to get the matter resolved.

****DO NOT USE THEM**** Tried to obtain a copy of my tax return that they NEVER gave me and they conveniently “switched” software and have no way of accessing HOWEVER a friend of mine went to them and her information from last year was still in the system when she filed with them! Smh Poor customer service and high fees!
