Insight ROCKS!!!!! I got individualized attention, constant support and my problem was completely resolved. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't cheap, but this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. When you consider the fact that they were able to cut me a deal with New York State for less than 20% of what the state said I owed, I came out way ahead. Jace really went to the mat for me. Payed them $50,000 had one more payment due in January but in November I got a $30,000 tax lean put on me they did nothing but took my money over 4 years if I could sue them I would find another company to do business with

Absolute crooks. Do not fall for their sales pitch. They previously scammed me out of $13,000.00 under a different company name; Insight Tax Group. Then today a new person called not realizing they have already screwed me, after he looked it up and found my account, he said, "let us know if you need anything in the future, have a good day bud."... I need my money back is what I need! Total scam.

My enrolled agent Larissa is awesome. She has helped put my irs debt of 90k in a non collectable status and continues to presume a resolution that best suits my situation. Larissa also helped set up my business by filing all required paper work and annual reports. She keeps me up to date on my status and checks in regularly to see if I have any questions. The staff also helps with my taxes and am looking forward to working with liamey again this year for a great tax preparation. Thank you Larrisa and her team.

They are professional, understood the urgency of our situation, and started working right away to eliminate any liens, garnishments, and levy’s that were placed on us. They got us into a low monthly payment arrangement that we were comfortable with. Insight Financial Solutions is an outstanding company, not solely for the incredible work they do for you, but because of the care and attention to detail the wonderful folks give to each client. You don’t just feel like you are a client, but part of the insight family. Ron, Ryan, Mike and company are the best at what they do and for good reason. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my finances. Do not use this company . Every step of the way I was asked to give more and more funds . After they completed my returns when delays were on there side for several months then reached out for another $3,000 saying they were out of time mind you I had already given them $4,000. Long story short when I asked for answers a man named Ryan said to call an attorney and cancelled my account with no explanation . Save your self the time money and headache go with another company !!!!!
