We used them for 7 years I never had issues until this year.. We went April 1st to get our taxes done. And they told us to come back on April 23rd to pick up our taxes, but then they changed it to April 25th and said they were filing "late" which is all okay, and then when we got there, we found out that WE have to pay all the penalties for the late filing. They didn't file late because of us.They filed late because they were late to do everybody's taxes or they had too much business or whatever and when I asked about the late fee which is not a little bit of money, he was very dismissive saying oh, it's only 4% of what you owe,well I owe a hell of a lot, so 4% is a lot. All the people that we knew there are gone and I can see why. Another issue is ALL their business cards say "10% off 4 seniors" and when I pointed out that we never got 10% off, they said oh, that's only for new customers, and it doesn't say that anywhere. We had Very easy returns this year and they actually raised the fee 100 DOLLARS each! When I questioned it he told me they have a lot of expenses including rent. We were loyal customers with Mr Mastin. Too bad Mr Mastin wasn't there because this guy has NO clue about loyal customers! This is bad business in my opinion.
