DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible experience we’ve had. The owner is a piece of work! They’ve never done our taxes correctly and will NEVER return a call! Gave one star only because we had to write this review. Stay away! The positive reviews are people that work for this company.

Lori and her team has always been amazing to me and all of my businesses and staff. I have worked with S&P for the last 5 years and I’ve always felt at ease knowing I’m in good hands (they may have saved me a couple of times from the death grip of DoR). The entire team has always presented professionalism and courtesy towards me and my team, while still delivering the atmosphere of regular people. I highly recommend them for unlimited amounts of reason.

If it were possible to give this business a zero star rating I would. I have been waiting for almost a year for this firm to file my 2019 taxes. I have gotten nothing but excuses and extremely unprofessional behavior from them. I am now in the process of fighting just to get the paperwork back so I can have someone else file for me. They have been completely nonresponsive and have refused to release my paperwork or even respond to my multiple messages. Their unprofessionalism is horrific. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason.
