Lisa has helped me with my taxes for the past couple of years now, every time I call on Lisa she is there with a helping hand. She has been extremely helpful, even though I work long hours and I am rarely free before 7pm, I feel she has made it her mission to always be available for me. And when we speak she has remained patient and explained every step of the process. I truly feel that I understand the filing process better than ever before.
