I used to run a tax consulting firm in New York and had a staff of about 40 My business was sold to a CPA and continues successfully, more than 30 years later. I then got sick and ended up in South Florida for some time Joseph Schliefer from BJ accounting handled my minimal business activity while I was in Florida solely because his services were very, very cheap. They were grotesquely bad, but I wasn't working much.. Schliefer fllled out forms once a year to use up my hundreds of thousands of tax losses. One reason this so-called CPA doesn't know how to service a business is he knows nothing about technology. He doesn't even know how to open up a PayPal account, so I had to make time-consuming arrangements to pay him in some old-fashioned way.
