I’ve done business with them for years and it was great. The kids took over amd it has been a complete disaster for the last 8-10 months. No return calls or returned emails. I have them every opportunity to make things right. Terrible! Very disappointed

If I could give a zero I would. For the last few months no response to emails and phone calls. I have asked for pertinent information to proceed with my business and no response. Used them for years when it was ran by the parents now how they are conducting business is unprofessional and unacceptable. I just want the information that I have paid for. Not the company you want to do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We have used American Payroll for almost a decade and they have been great! Always available and helpful with answering all my personnel and tax and payroll questions. I highly recommend them.
