I am so lucky to have found Jose from JVM Bookkeeping. I am the owner operator of a rapidly growing field service business in Florida. I was very fortunate to have a business that was deemed essential and boomed during the pandemic. There were simply not enough hours in the day to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, perform service calls, inspect projects, among other things and ALSO do the bookkeeping! An in-office employee was out of the question due to COVID so a friend suggested I look for a virtual bookkeeper. After an extensive search, I came across Jose. Immediately there was a stark contrast between him and the others. All of my questions were answered both professionally and expeditiously (a rarity). I decided to take the plunge and opted for the Premium package… I was drowning and needed someone to dive in and throw me a lifeline ASAP. I had clients who needed to receive invoices (I can’t get paid if they don’t get an invoice)… Jose took care of it. I had numerous 60 day late notices from vendors… Jose took care of it. He reconciled accounts and logged all of my receipts/ debits as well as customer payments and deposits. I even receive a monthly financial statement from him which paints a clear picture about how the business went that month. He even does my payroll at the end of the month! Hiring Jose was the best business decision I have ever made. My stress levels have drastically reduced and I can focus on selling services rather than worry about the paper trail behind it!
