I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise Calderon for my accounting and tax needs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire office staff was not only incredibly respectful but also highly professional. From the moment I walked in, they made sure to ask for all the necessary documents and forms, giving me the option to either upload everything online using their advanced technology or drop it off in person—whichever was most convenient for me. While it did take a bit of time to get my tax return back, the overall service and attention to detail made it well worth the wait. Additionally, Denise provided me with a folder containing all my information and the tax return itself, which was very professionally done with her logo on the outside and a business card inside. This thoughtful touch makes it easy for me to refer others to her fantastic services. I am thoroughly impressed with Denise’s office and will definitely continue using her for all my accounting services. Highly recommended!
I would not recommend Denise as she takes on too many clients and can't keep up with the work load. Three years later and I am still dealing with the IRS due to her negligence.
Denise is amazing ! She’s great at what she does and I highly recommend her. Very professional and I was beyond satisfied with my experience.
Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude office. She used to be great but all of her employees went to work for other places. The employees she has now are rude and incompetent. They have completed ignored documents that were sent and haven’t completed my tax documents as agreed. I regretfully sent friends and family to her in the past and they have all left with the same experience.
