I was referred to Mario to assist with an extremely complex transition from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online. Mario and his team were fantastic! Even before the actual migration started Mario impressed me with his deep personal focus on our situation. He carefully read and responded to my emails, understanding the nuances of our situation and coaching me on the best way forward. Several attempts were required as we were well outside of the normal conditions for a Desktop-to-Online migration. Mario was upbeat on the prognosis for success through it all, and when it was clear that we'd have to involve Intuit his team handled that and moved us forward. I'm so grateful for the recommendation that led me to Mario and happy for my decision to use him!

Highly recommended! Mario is extremely knowledgeable, not only about accounting and systems and software integration, but also about our organization, how we function, and what we need as we grow. What really stands out to me is his level of service and expertise. He is professional, prompt, and responsive to our needs. You can ask questions even outside the consulting agenda and you can be confident you'll have an answer.

When we first contacted Mario, he responded quickly and professionally and we were able to schedule him to come to our office at the soonest day possible. He arrived to our office on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he answer all of the questions we had (and there were a lot of questions), he was able to totally fix our messy credit card accounts on Quickbooks and took the time to sit with us and provide full step by step instructions for all reconciliation and labor tracking/job costing that we needed to begin doing. He has been a tremendous help with any additional questions we have had after coming out to our office. He has an extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and has been able to solve issues that had all of us in the office stumped. We are looking forward to continuing doing business with Mario for many years to come!

Ricardo was patient, helpful and very polite! He helped fix the problem i was having and showed me how to avoid it in the future and how to fix it myself and answered every question i had. I now have a better underatanding of how to use quickbooks! I would definitely recommend him!

Mario is a rare find as he understand business practices, accounting principles and software and is able to meld all three for the benefit of his clients. In 2018 we transitioned our accounting to QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. Our business has a complex way of reporting and tracking inventory and we were going about it incorrectly. Mario was able to quickly identify the issues and helped us to create the proper way to book our transactions. Further, he went above and beyond by assisting us in cleaning up the problems we created while training us in QuickBooks for maximum use of our software. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to engage a professional, respectful and kind expert!
