An extreme delay in doing the company ones, the accountant takes 3 weeks in a supposed seminar and then it affects them to deliver on time to the clients, my husband has been waiting for 3 weeks and 4 days and still nothing and now that they are asking for an extension it is really a disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM but nothing. What a disaster we came to choose the worst and most informal this year😢😢 Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

A great waste of time, they are not serious, I have been waiting for 42 days and nothing excuses and more excuses, my whole family will give the same opinion about this place, it has been a great lack of respect and consideration for customers, different excuses every week; the counter in a seminar then that if the program they have is reviewed by the IR, stupid things that make no sense, I hope this can be useful to many so that they do not have these bad times and waste their time miserably. I gave one star because I had too, but they deserve NONE! They get an A+ on how unprofessional they are. Whoever is considering in doing taxes with them do research they got a $60,000 fine for doing things they were not supposed to do with our money. Negative Professionalism, Value

The lady who fist answers the phone has a very disrespectul attitude and very poor costumer service skills..i filled my taxes march 25 and was never sent to the IRS.. they filed an extension..i got super upset and they ended up finishing it 30min later...i called back a week later to hear if they requested my stimulis and she responded with i have never heard anywhere or in the IRS page that you need to request the stimulis through the tax returns...i was speachless.. please do me the favor and dont do your taxes with these people...im 100% sure you can find wayyyy better companies... trust me dont make the mistake..
