The first time I came to this business they were located in the Naranja area and they were very helpful and very Professional. I recently visited their new location in Miami Gardens. The secretary was super nice, polite and very knowledgeable but once I got to Nancy, everything shifted. Her attitude was not inviting and she made me feel small. She was no help to me at all. I came in for a consultation and she ended up making my tax situation worse all because she wasn’t listening she was too busy talking to me like a Child. A waste of $150. I do recommend this business I would just See the next available preparer.

Nancy was super helpful and efficient in helping me file my taxes and she also gave me tips to help me prepare to file for next year as well.
