I am so grateful and lucky to find John - Stop looking around and call here - don't waste your time somewhere else - trust me. Excellent service. I went somewhere else first and that CPA, did not compare to John - service wise. I also called 4 other CPAs and John responded the quickest. John is professional, he cares and is a real person, that will work with you and listens. The other CPA's cant even pick up the phone and didn't seem to care as much. John is the Bomb 4 real. Nice guy, smart and pleasant.

This is guy is unethical and the biggest douchebag I've ever paid for a service -- truly disgusting, gross and highly unprofessional. Also -- more importantly -- he's a liar and he has zero integrity. He's an egomaniac... and he acts like an angry baby when you confront him about his refusal to verify his own CPA letter to your mortgage company . He literally screamed at my loan officer on the phone and condescended to her about mortgage law, all while refusing to acknowledge anything he wrote and submitted to the mortgage company. My loan officer literally called me laughing about what a silly clown this guy is, then told me that the loan can't proceed based on his "verification letter" (the CPA letter) that he refuses to actually verify!! At least we had a good laugh about him. John is just a total con-artist and a money grabbing "accountant" -- he'll take your $400 and provide a generic letter on his letterhead, but when your mortgage company calls, he'll refuse it all and act like a raging angry baby when they ask him to verify anything -- as if that will convince your loan officer :-/ If you need a Mortgage Verification CPA Letter - don't give him a penny. He will ruin your loan if your mortgage company calls him to ask him to verify his letter -- which they will. He almost ruined my entire life... thank god I had someone else come through in a pinch.

I have been trying to find a competent and efficient accounting firm to handle my business accounting for the last year but have had no luck. I found this place by doing countless google searches for accountants that specialized in small business accounting and I couldn’t get an accountant on the phone only a receptionist with unreturned phone calls. We were applying for an HME license and needed a CPA to complete some of the paperwork. The first CPA we chose did not produce a document that satisfied the states requirements. I got in contact with John Folson and he was able to provide the information we needed in a very short timeframe and our license was approved!! I highly recommend Mr. Folson for anything related to AHCA!
