Not sure what happened because the first year was good. This year - took 4 months to go from me submitting my taxes to receiving the filing, paid double what I received from the return, and wasted time following up to get this done. I do not recommend them and I won’t use them again. “Advisors” is in the name but they never asked to set up a call with me to advise on any new strategies, pitfalls, or anything I can do to have a better year. Poor customer service and a waste of my time and money.
