She maybe good at her job but when it comes to people she won’t answer my calls or emails and it’s been 5 months since I filled for taxes and with the problems we have today some people can’t afford to wait a year for taxes just to add to it she told me my total and that the tax money I owe would be taken out which wasn’t the case now bc not I owe money to the irs if I want to get my taxes so no they don’t know what the hell their doing

I've been doing my income taxes with Diana for 7 years. I've looked at other income tax services, but she is by far the best.

I have been doing my taxes with Diana for over 10 years. She is patient and wonderful as well as knowledgeable. You have to wait a bit but it's worth the wait for great service.
