I am enthusiastic for the opportunity to leave this review. It is my honor and my pleasure. Caroline makes you feel like you are her only client. She actually listens to you very intently and diligently and takes the time to help you process things to come up with the best course of action. It's very rare to find someone that is as equally great at their job as they are as making you feel like you're number one. I'm not going anywhere. You're stuck with me.

She never answers her phone and IF you leave a message she might call back. I'm STILL waiting for a call back days later. Good luck working with this person; you're going to need it.

I worked with Caroline through her mentor-ship to help start my bookkeeping school business. The information, how she provided the steps were very valuable in the process and her knowledge of bookkeeping was amazing as well. I have refereed a few clients to here as I was getting my business going I made a turn into real estate.

CRP Specialist, represented by Carolina is most helpful to me and had provided real guidance to me in my quest to actualize my bookkeeping business. There were many things I took for granted but through her diligence, she made me realize its importance, which it is. Now, pointing that to me has made me start my business in the right focal point. I'll always remember her for that. I'm still with her as my coach as I continue pursuing my life hobby - helping small and medium scale business owners succeed in the businesses.

Caroline as a mentor. I’ve never hired a mentor before and was not too sure what to expect. I am so pleased with Caroline. She fields all of my tough and seemingly endless questions with grace. She works to boost my confidence and helps me to see that a lot of what I am asking, I know but am just unsure. She tries to get me to trust myself and yet she is also there when I can’t find the answer on my own. Caroline is patient, helpful and yet is good with the ‘tough love’. Her program does not use a cookie cutter approach but will tailor it to what you need to learn and grow. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
