Wasted 3 hours of my time. They are con men not business professionals. They will charge you 15% more to file your returns. The are unorganized and VERY PREJUDICE!!!!!! THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL. THEY ARE NOT HOSPITABLE!!!!! MY preparer didn't even give me eye contact, he just hids behind his computer screen asking irrelevant questions to incriminate me. I was charged 400 dollars!!!!!!! I will be reporting this dump to the BBB.
