Ive been with this company for years, and now Im in the position of looking for a new accountant because I cant get anyone to reply to an email. Communication is very poor, and on top of that, I found out a serious mistake was made on my taxes that severely impacted me financially. But of course, no one will answer my email to talk about it.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1, as they did an incomplete job! They filled my IRS Tax Return without considering DC Tax Return, where my condo is located! I had to ask another accountant to help me with that and I paid twice for my tax return this year! Moreover they are expensive compared to other firms! UPDATE: I just had to pay for something not filled during April tax return...in November still paying for my taxes! From 2 to 1 star!

Matt was a sick dude. Got my return done same day. Will be using him again for sure. I was an idiot with my 2021 taxes and he took care of them for me no stress at all! I got a nice return for 2022. USE THIS COMPANY. Comment if you have any questions and I’ll answer.
