I sent an email with details describing services I will need for my rental property. I sent another follow up email with full details again. It’s been 2 weeks and no response. Maybe it’s not worth their while but still not really good business practices.

I have enjoyed working with the team at CPA Solutions for over 6 years now. Over this time the CPAs & their staff have shown themselves to be knowledgeable & responsive on a variety of topics related to tax laws, estate issues, & most recently during the pandemic, to the government small business loan programs. This is the antithesis of a “big box” CPA firm: Dalia & her associates have consistently shown a personal appreciation for the needs of our business.

Over the last five years CPA solutions have not only served our accountancy needs but have due to the relationship become a true internal department that is simply an extension of our business. This is driven by the over service culture that Dalia creates in all her staff. We get 24/7 support. During Covid Dalia & her team provided direction & support that was genuinely appreciated. Dalia is also not a YES accountant, she will stand her ground & sometimes tell you what you dont want to hear. She has been a great sounding board for us. Jonathan has helped develop KPI systems with us to create value adding dashboards for the business. We interact daily & he is a great support for our business. Small or medium sized businesses are often under serviced & just become a retainer to CPA's. This is not the culture at CPA Solutions. They become an extension of your business.

It is very sad to see, that they refuse to use the bathroom, a 3-year-old girl, walk desperately and the first place I saw accessible which there were no customers, but she just said, No, you must go to the restaurant .... which Is this the difference ??? Here I leave the photo of the woman who was unpleasant seeing a pregnant woman with 5 months and a girl needing to use the bathroom was able to be so cruel ...
