Community Financial HOA/COA is a superb company located in Jupiter, Florida. I have worked with them the last few years on a new audit client in Greenacres, Florida that is part of a multi resident condominium corporation structure where many of the associations are over the state 500,000 revenue audit threshold. Community Financial uses TOPS software and I look forward to the once-a- year audit in the winter because I know the books are always perfect and the staff is very responsive, and the job goes faster than most if not all of my 125 Condo/HOA audits, reviews and compilations. I cannot recommend any company to date as excellent as them, I only wish I had all of my 125 associations doing their books with Community Financial, and recommend them highly if your association or independent LCAM is looking for the best bookkeeping-accounting services without hiring an expensive managing company. Our Association consists of 350 members, and we have employed The Accounting Department for several years. They handle all of our quarterly assessments, monthly and annual Financial Reporting, taxes, three insurance policies, and numerous other financial and business activities. They manage it all in a timely way, and constantly communicate with the Board as needed, and all this for a very cost effective fee. We have been very pleased with their service, and we rely on them for all our financial operations.

This is the worst property management i ever dealt with. I stetted up auto pay for my every month auto pay, apparently that give them the opportunity to charge me any amount whenever they want without any explanation, and took them MONTH for the refund, i honestly feel that i handed my bank card to a thief company, this is the worst thing i ever dealt with, be AWARE of this company!!!!!!!!!
