We own small businesses and have been working with Ross Hughes for 5 years now. I wish I could give more stars. I have worked the most with Heather Hughes and Chrissy Stephens and they are amazing - but every single person I have interacted with there has been great. They are very patient and responsive - even when they probably shouldn't be. We are a pain, but they never make us feel like it. I am so thankful we found them! Thanks for all you do!

They dont respond personal needs, only for companies. If you have a question about any tax issues, dont even bother to call them.

We have been with Ross Hughes and Associates for I believe 4-5 years and during that time we have learned so much invaluable information as small business owners. We have personally worked very closely with Brent and Chelsea and they have been nothing less than amazing. Although, every staff member we have worked with or come in contact with has been amazing as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and very patient through the learning process. The also operate with excellence and integrity which is very important to us. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner when we first opened the doors to our business. We would have definitely been a lot further along. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. We 100% recommend their services which go far beyond your average accounting services. They truly are, as they state, "UNCOMMON ACCOUNTING ADVISORS." If you are looking for your average accounting services this might not be the place for you, but if you are looking for THE BEST then look no further!!

I came to Ross Hughes on account of a really bad business partnership that left me in shambles financially and mentally; I quite literally had no idea where to turn to for help - my situation was BAD. My business taxes were all done horribly wrong by my business partner, and the IRS was at my front door knocking wanting money. I thought I was done, and over. Chelsea quite literally saved my sanity - and my future. She worked extremely closely with me the entire journey, did an incredible job explaining the process along the way. The amount of work that went into this was monumental, and somehow they pulled it off. My debt to the IRS was correctly amended, and my debt reduced to the correct figures, and was much more manageable. Chelsea had not only worked with me with options to negotiate my repayment plan with the IRS debt, but also my office invoice for all the work that went into this. They were extremely flexible and understanding; if you are looking for a business CPA with less of a corporate feel, and want to try somewhere that really gives you a personal approach, and truly wants to help you with your goals, you really want to trust Ross Hughes. They did me an indescribable service, and I would unequivocally put my future in their hands again. This review is my best attempt to describe my experience, and even this does not do them enough justice. These are wonderful people, they do great work. I give them my hands down personal recommendation.

This team is the best you are going to find in Florida. Taking care of all sorts of international tax requirements, and making sure every detail is correct. Brent Ross and John Murk have been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them especially if you have international tax requirements.

Brent and his team don’t just “crunch numbers”. He provides a variety of services to help their clients improve their businesses. Brent’s cost segregation studies can generate an immediate increase in cash flow through accelerated depreciation deductions that will withstand an IRS review. He is someone I recommend to my clients.
