Joe and His team do an excellent job of anything tax related. I have been using them for years and they have saved me a lot of time and effort compared to the other places that I had previously used in town. I called back and was hung up on again immediately.. 1 out of 5 stars very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone

Been exactly 1 year since I filed my simple amended taxes & everytime I speak with the receptionist I get a run around about how their super busy with something else & my problem is put on the back-burner, tells me Joe goes to the IRS once a month & will check on the problem for me ,3 months later he still hasn’t even gone yet on my behalf , been 7 months now & still no answers would’ve been better off saving my $300 & not even bothering filing. Will be using someone else this tax season.

Joe himself was great. My consultation was great. I had them do my 2015 taxes and a couple months later i got a notice that one of my children wasn't counted and i owed an extra $1600. Every time I call the front desk girl tells me I don't need to speak with Joe, that she or Larry will take care of it for me... We went back and forth several times and then she claimed they sent an appeal and it was accepted. Then yesterday I got certified mail from the IRS that they were putting a lien on my property for the $1600 that I was told was taken care of! I called and the front desk girl told me to call the IRS myself. I was so fed up. I called the IRS and after an hour on the phone I found out that they had submitted my taxes with my son's name spelt incorrectly despite me even giving them a copy of his birth certificate when we were trying to get things sorted out. When you're doing taxes, attention to detail matters and I do not like being told by a desk girl that I don't need to speak to anyone above her especially after I paid for those services!
