Unprofessional. My wife and I provided information for taxes on Feb 5th, and were ignored, blown off and lied to up until Apr 23rd. The only reason we waited is because my in-laws had been using Johnny for a long time, and our experience last year was decent. Completion of return was lied about 3 times, meetings were blown off 3 times citing technical difficulties, and finally we were not called back and emails were unanswered throughout the whole period. I understand they lost a secretary due to sickness, however that does not excuse such poor behavior. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or care for our return. There was no sense of empathy.

Great service I have been going to Johnny aka All Accounting for the past 10+ years. Very knowable whenit comes to tax laws and what you can do.

Awesome service for personal/business taxes. I have been Johnny's client for almost a decade and I get nothing short of excellence from him! Highly recommended, knowledgeable accountant.
