Ive gone there since my first taxes ever, I saw how things have changed including ownership of the place in the Hialeah office and with that the customer service and the inflation of prices is ridiculous. Luis the accountant, is an amazing man and the best accountant in my opinion. For his kindness and great job has gotten My entire family including mom, uncles, aunts, dad, and siblings do their taxes there. However, i have understood that he is not the one adjusting the amounts to be pay there, instead there’s a lady with horrible attitude, and lack of professionalism who I believe is the owner who does it. As a client, I have the right to ask why is the price increase for? Though every year increases greatly, this year went beyond my understanding. The owner “i believe” got up from her desk to where I was seated to tell me incoherent reasons why the prices have increased in particularly my case. Falsely implying that adjustment in my previous company and personal taxes have been made due the time that ive been with them and because my dad is the accountant’s friend. I have all records of being charged accordingly just like every client. I respect everyone’s jobs and I understand everyone’s situation is different. Though she tried to compose herself, She would articulate very close to my face where i could feel the air almost touching my face. This way showing signs of desperation because she didn’t know how to explain properly why SHE charged me $860 for both taxes, 1040 and 1099. There’s no explanation to this when i was only asking for a better communication so I knew what to expect when i get there. Es una chusma, con falta de clase y profesionalismo. No importa la ropa que use si no sabe responder apropiadamente las inquietudes de sus clientes tiene que aprender a componerse y comportarse apropiadamente. She is lucky we are in U.S and there’s laws. Otherwise she was gonna feel that same air but more closely. On 2022 i had a similar situation with her which I let go because of how effective and great our loved Luis is, but this time se paso. And im not hiding. I will never do my taxes in any place that involves a la chusma esta.

I came to this place with a mess, I didn’t even know where to start. Luis waited for me until 5:45pm from my 5:00pm appt. Which is very well appreciated for us working moms. After 2 hours my personal and companies’ taxes were completed. It was very smooth and Luis is very knowledgeable. Recommend 100%

These people have no problem taking your money when it’s time to get paid for their services but it’s very difficult to conduct business with them being that they don’t speak or understand English which is a requirement when operating a business in this country. It’s very offensive when you have questions needing answers and being put on hold for extensive amount of time or hung up on. This company is unprofessional and needs to be investigated. It’s discrimination to not be serving all the people crossing paths with this business.
