I was thrown into a circle of being on hold being hung up on and being transferred to people on lunch. In the end I asked about new business formation and the secretary kept transferring me until someone finally answered and told me they don't offer the service. Would have been nice of the staff knew what services were offered before throwing me into a loop of unanswered phone called.
