Andrea and her team are fantastic!!! They are exactly what we need in an accounting firm. They are efficient and responsive. They keep all our documents organized and protected. Our meetings are clear, action items and decisions are laid out and we set a course for the next quarter. I really appreciate tax planning early and learning from Noack how to best reduce my liability. I don't want to have a big bill at the end of the year! My understanding from a business contact who had dealings with Andrea Dillion is that she does not honor her contractual obligations regarding payments and is very difficult to deal with allegedly. They suggested I avoid doing business with Andrea Dillon and CPA's of Florida

We were in the process of moving our family and business from VA to Florida when our accounting team for the last 15 years in VA 'fired us' after getting acquired by a larger firm...we were at a loss of what to do next in a new state, etc. Luckily for us our financial advisor found Noack and Company and they have not let us down...as a matter of fact they have been amazing! Constant, concise communication with Andrea Dillon and her team, quick answers/solutions to issues (even when I called Andrea on Tax Day, she took the call, gave me some info, and got me the rest of the info 2 days later!). To say that Andrea Dillon and Noack & Company have saved the day for us would be an understatement! We are currently working with Andrea to understand more of the offerings from Noack so we can embed them even deeper into our growing business!

Terrible experience, absolute zero customer service with no human contact, very expensive, unprofessional, immature and self-entitled ownership. I truly do not know how this place is rated so highly. My father passed away and did his taxes here the previous years, so I tried their service because I thought it would make things easier. I was wrong. What a waste of time. It took multiple calls to talk to someone that wasn’t a phone operator, which should’ve been the first red flag. They did not follow up with me at all after a month of waiting for my case to be assigned, and then once they read this Google review, they deactivated my account!!!! If they would’ve been half as responsive to my needs as a customer as they apparently are to monitoring their google reviews, this would’ve never been an issue. This is not how you treat good paying and loyal customers; my father had his taxes done here for several years. It’s very clear that this organization puts more effort into maintaining their online image than actually making customers happy. Fortunately, I was able to complete on Turbo Tax in less than an hour, for less than half the price, so I should actually be thanking them for saving me hundreds of dollars; but you can’t buy back your time folks, and I wasted a lot of it trying to work with these people. If you must pay someone else to prepare your taxes, I would highly suggest finding another firm to do it; one that cares about your business, and will prioritize you as a customer.

After finding myself in the need of a new accounting firm upon joining my company with another firm, I only needed basic bookkeeping and my prior and current tax year returns done. I figured to be the ideal kind of client in that I had the need for business bookkeeping and returns that would be beyond simple to do for an accountant and just standard personal returns annually. Im far too busy to be able to aptly handle these on my own... The Prior year tax return was 90% complete, and just needed filed (extension filed previously). After 8 MONTHS of working with Noack and Company I found their ability to do even the most basic tasks to be both monumentally difficult to accomplish on their part and insanely time consuming to execute the simplest of requests. Responding to calls or emails within a day never happens. Response times being several days or maybe a week seems to be their standard protocol. Getting something accomplished within hours or a day or two??? Forget it! Not happening.They either dont care or are just to incompetent to figure out the business world they pretend to be in! Granted, Im busy and had been slow to respond on my end - and thats my choice, HOWEVER, the incompetence or downright indifference demonstrated by this firm on their end was reprehensible from a professional standpoint. These folks do not possess a sense of professionalism and have an excuse for everything they fail to accomplish. Its like dealing with teenagers if you have kids! Its NEVER their fault! If youre looking for excuses for NOT getting anything done, this is your rock-star team. If you want BASIC accounting services or lord forbid, more than the most basic tasks executed, LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will find Noack & Company to be nothing short of a nightmare to work with! Hope you dont learn this lesson the hard way.... NOACKs RESPONSE to this review is unfortunately childish at best. My abuse and demands as they claim came as valid complaints and expectations for results. This after 8 MONTHS of this firms failure to do ANYTHING, even at filing deadlines! Who wouldnt get a irate and demanding AFTER 8 MONTHS OF NOTHING being accomplished With deadlines looming and nothing being done, I demanded results. AFTER they had all the data needed to finalize the work and stated they would get it done... they FAILED to get anything done. Instead, they opted to quit. When they quit and left me in an 11th hour lurch, I got irate, who wouldnt? The way they characterize the situation is not in sync with reality. Im sure they knew they were going to be one and done. Like Ive clearly stated herein, I was slow in response and took time to get info back, but their responses were even slower once received...and in the end, they continued to do nothing. These folks just want to blame you for their failures. Their response should make that quite clear. Youre better off finding a firm with a more professional outlook that serves your interests than what they possess here. Life is too short. Enter at your own risk.
