We are a small company, which struggled perennially to keep our books in order in a timely way. Each year we dreaded the new year and tax season, and vowed to stay better organized next time around. When our friend who runs a small school suggested we connect with her bookkeeper at the Original Bookkeepers, we did, and now, finally, our books are kept in order monthly. Our bookkeeper keeps finding outstanding money owed that we are able to collect. The service is impeccable: accurate, professional, and kind. Our gratitude for Diane and Kym is inexpressibly huge.

I have been using Dianne as my bookkeeper for four years now. I wish I had started working with her many years earlier. If I have a question she replies immediately and is able to provide me with a detailed reply the same day. She has streamlined all of my accounts and sends me updates once a month. At the end of the year all of my accounts are ready to be handed over to my accountant for quick and easy processing of my corporate and personal taxes. I have already recommended Dianne to many of my colleagues and will continue to do so.

I do not recommend Dianne and her daughter Kymberly for their bookkeeping services. Our books had to be redone and they over charge for the "services" rendered.
