Been going over ten years. Will never go back. Son took over and he is rude and entitled. He will ruin all the hard work his father put into it. His son does not care about his clients. Big mistake

Sometimes the wait is long but it's worth it. They are always knowledgeable and I always get a larger refund than expected. We used to go elsewhere but always ended up paying. Finally tried them and have been going for 15 years now. My whole family goes with business and personal accounts.

The worst service by far! This “company” just cost me over $5000 because Erica “didn’t see” the 1099 that was scanned in the email so she didn’t report it on my tax return!!!!! They tried to blame us by saying we sent several emails- lies!! One email only. They literally told us not to do anything and not to take to the IRS and to wait for the letter, guess what happened when the letter arrived. They offered $500 for next year services, ignoring the $5000 we need to pay then they didn’t answer the phone Raquel the Secretary is super rude! And the owner Is a joke. They are definitely not professionals. The services are absolutely terrible.

The worst experience of my life!! First of all, I would like to know if Ms. Raquel Cerro is actually an accountant. She doesnt know what shes doing, she wants to put what she wants. You cant talk to him or ask anything. Apart from being rude, she is rude. Error after error and he didnt want to fix it. The rate they charge is too high compared to Prestons poor service. I dont recommend it at all. Pity CANNOT BE GRADED WITH ZERO

I will give them 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever!! We asked for tax extensions on both personal and business taxes and this mediocre office forgot to file our personal taxes extension!!! Not only they did not apologize, they were super rude and they blamed us and we got a huge fine from the IRS!! Do yourself a favor and run away from this office
