I think 10 stars is better than 5 I’ve done my taxes for 2 years on turbo tax and I thought I was a champion doing them on my own. Well, I was wrong I’m so glad I chose to come here, not only they do taxes but I received important (life) knowledge about how the economy (system) works. Thank you guys so much!! I would like to inform that you have excellent Customer Service. Today Marlene assisted me. What a pleasure it was. Her professionalism, patience and kindness was EXCELLENT!! She gave me some instructions and promised to call back and followed thru in keeping her word. That...is great customer service in a world that we only speak to machines. every tax place that i’ve ever went to was always hectic & they always find a way to mess something up (H&R etc..) this is the first places i’ve been to where they didn’t just explain everything to me but treated me with care & not just another number! i really appreciate Sandra & Cesar!! my new tax place for life!!! Lol
