Today I came with Basilia Matias Patricio to Mr. Tax Financial Services to do her tax return for 2023. Mrs Connie welcomed us into the business and she helped us with the paperwork the best she could. Her attitude was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their taxes done.

I just tried to call and see if they could help me with filing a tax form. I was hoping to be a new client, but the woman that answered, Connie, would not even let me speak. Then proceeded to hang up on me. So, I guess they could not help, and do not need new clients.

I called to get input on my return that I’m filing myself. The tax pro at the store was very unprofessional and did want to help do to I was not filing thur with their company. I would never send anyone to this tax place

They totally filed my taxes wrong costing me 3,000. When I clearly explained my problem to the tax preparer all he had to do was file injured spouse. It took them over 3 weeks and they did my taxes wrong! They will NOT fix their mess up its been months now. They should close the doors!!!!! Worst tax service ever!

R.I.P. Paul. I have been going to Mr.Tax for over 30 years. To go from being treated like family to being treated like an unwanted stranger is a big let down. From they way the new tax guy speaks on the phone to the lie that the prices have not changed. My daughter who has been going there 10 or so years was just charged 500 for what Paul would have charged 300, so beware. Good job changing a 5 star place into a 1 star.

I have been going to Mr. Tax for about 10 years and the service is great. Mr. Delmonte service is professional and fast. He knows his field very well and if you do not understand something about the system he will explain it in a manner where you walk away understanding it.

Pretty much the best place to get your taxes done. Been using this service for 12 years. Peerless professionalism combined with personal attention. Called Mr. Tax for a reason, Mr. Delmonte is incredibly knowledgable. Don't spend forever trying to do taxes on your own, save yourself the hassle and get a way better return than if you did it yourself. Highly recommend that everyone use Mr. Tax.
