Whitney & Lori are the best! The team is super friendly, professional, and always goes the extra mile to help. They made filing our taxes so easy, and I really appreciate how hard they work to get everything right. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for our tax needs - even after moving out of state, they are still my go to!

Was in here several months back while inquiring for an accountant for my new business. I was surprised at first that there was no CPA in their office but that was not what made me leave. As I was waiting for their receptionist to get me some information I heard the staff in the office talking poorly about their clients. One woman sounded as if she was berating and arguing with the other employee about something. Overall for simply stopping in an office for 5-10 minutes everything seemed very unprofessional. I can’t imagine how bad it would be when no one is in the office. Needless to say I did not go back and I found a CPA down the block whose office was a much more professional setting. Revision: I received your reply claiming that I am talking about a different office. I looked to verify because I would want to correct my mistake. This is 100% the correct office. Please do not try to blame another company for a bad review that was accurate for your business. Shame on you… again unprofessional. Be Better

We were initially very impressed by this company, everything seemed to good to be true after meeting with several other accountants. After signing the contract for them to set up my quickbooks so that I could do the accounting going forwards, I dropped off my computer and was called within hours only to be told that they dont know how to set it up on an apple (which I had asked them before signing). I ended up having to set up the program myself. I was told that if I wanted them to teach me how to use the program I would have to wait until July (this was told to me in March!) I ended up sending my quickbooks file to them in March and paying for them to do the accounting for me. I paid for the services and it took almost a month for them to send the file back to me at which point I was charged a second time! Needless to say I am very unhappy with the service I have received. I went to Lori Moore for my 2019 personal and business federal tax returns. She found gross errors made by my previous CPA firm which had cost me money. She amended returns back to 2017 and recaptured funds. Her preparations for this year was point perfect, finished and filed by March 13. This has been the best experience I have had with an accounting firm. Thank you, Lori and team! See you next year.
