The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I have worked with both CPA's here while polite and professional, I have had issues with both in straightening out IRS issues. Unforutnately I will be going to a different CPA from here on out.

Are you looking for the best CPAs ever? Well, Rachel and her associates are it! I take pride in being one of those people who likes to do things herself when she can.... but my taxes are NOT one of those things. I have a complicated business and never fail to cause a headache I am sure, but Rachel is nothing but patient, efficient and accurate. And did I mention patient?! Everything about my experience with Hamilton & Associates has been positive, and I am and will be a returning client. I have now had the pleasure of utilizing Hamilton & Associates on two separate occasions. One for my annual return and one for previous years. When I say these folks are top notch, I mean it. They were so friendly to me and my family and the quality of service I received for a fair price is unmatched. Contracted with these folks to do some personal and business taxes. Was told they would have the time and ability to do so. They email me this morning telling me they don’t have the manpower and I should go to another firm or H&R Block for my accounting needs. When the lady from accounts receivable called me later in the morning to confirm the card number for the refund I asked her if it’s is a typical course of habit to take on a client only to to tell them 3 weeks later you don’t have the manpower? She answered no. At this point why do I want them in my corner anyways??
