I've been working with Victory Accounting for the last several years. They provide excellent customer service, provide timely financial statements, and truly care about their customers. Vicki, Christy, April and their team are superior in the HOA/Condo accounting industry. Any association would be lucky to have such a great accounting team servicing their community. Highly recommend this company.

Victory Accounting is very meticulous and thorough. Their pricing structure is very reasonable for full service accounting. Everyone I've spoken to is courteous and knowledgeable. In a world of AI, it is refreshing to talk to a human right away and not a robot. Vicki, and the entire Victory Accounting staff, is a delight to do business with and always resolves any issues or questions promptly. Highly recommended!

We recently transitioned our financial management to Victory Accounting. It has been a bumpy transition because our previous management company left a huge mess that Vickie and her team had to manage. Our board members as well as our owners have nothing but praises since we made the switch. Victory staff take their time with our owners in answering all their questions. Responses are timely and professional and most importantly understandable. As a board member of a condo association, this is extremely important that our accounting services are professional, timely and accurate. Vickie, Christy, April and the rest of the team, a big thank you for helping us with our transition settling the mess that we had. I know that was not an easy feat!

This office is wildly frustrating. Every time I email them, I feel like I'm talking to a robot because I receive responses that don't involve any thought or review.... Just a print out of my ledger and "see attached", of course. It's as if they're just coasting through the day on autopilot. After 3-4 times of frustratingly going back and forth via email, it forces them to actually take 5 seconds out of their day to review the account and make the correction on the payment portal. This office used to be pretty good, as I used to speak with someone named Carrie who was kind and helpful. I'm pretty certain she's no longer the person who's emailing from the admin account..... They're either too busy or simply incompetent. Either way, there's not enough medication to lower my blood pressure to continue dealing with these people.

Christy is awesome! The previous management companies my HOA hired had no idea what was going with my account, nor were they responsive. But as soon as Victory was hired, Christy contacted me to settle the mess and followed up with me periodically. She is knowledgeable, responsive and understanding. I’m satisfied with the service they have provided thus far.
