Mark markets his business with the phrase get lower tax. Meanwhile, he had me overpay the IRS by $96, and when I called and reported the error to him, he hung up on me. Thats in addition to having failed to respond to six messages over the course of about a year. This is what it is to do business with MJ Tax Services.

I scheduled and confirmed a consultation online for earlier this week. Approximately 10 reminders were sent to me via email/text leading up to the appointment time. I used the provided call-in number at the scheduled time and was forwarded to an automated message. Immediately sent an email and have not received a response.
