I have used them for 3 years now and I do not have a single complaint. My only regret is not using them sooner. They do both my S-corp and personal.

In the beginning I thought they were ok and then it happened: My 2017, that they prepared, was riddled with errors and those errors weren’t discovered until 2019. Because of the errors, my refund was less than it should have been and they repeated the errors on my 2018 return. Their communication is lacking and poor. My 2017 return had to be amended and re-filed and my 2018 return must be completely redone as well. They offered no compensation off the fees they charged me and Valerie told me “to have a nice life” quote-un-quote, when I approached them. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. They wouldn’t even apologize when I showed them the correct and amended form.

What an awesome group of people! Very professional, affordable prices, and they've done an amazing job with my mess of personal and business taxes. Going on our third year of using them.

We have been using Barbara and Valerie's Bookkeeping for nearly 7 years. We have been more than happy. They're friendly, they understand, they are exceptionally helpful, and their advice is very worthwhile. We would never go any where else.
