BUYER BEWARE - If I could give Gary zero stars I would. I sought his advice on a multistate tax issue, and he 1. misrepresented what he would do to help, 2. framed it as if I had options (I did not), and 3. failed to sign my tax return as a paid preparer. After a series of phone calls and emails with Gary I sought a second opinion because I had lost confidence in his professional capabilities. I sent him a follow up message to address these issues, but it wasn't until I filed a complaint with the BBB that he actually responded. His claim is that my email went to SPAM...yeah right. Plus, when questioned, he completely missed the point of my complaint. I'm posting this here to hopefully save someone else the headache - I should've trusted my gut at the beginning....he's sketchy.

Sent multiple inquiry emails about two weeks ago and received no reply. After searching, found multiple listings with this guy's name on google maps on different states, seems sketchy. Edit to reply to the response: You would have an idea if you checked your email, it's not a fraudulent review.

Gary is a great accountant, and a great person overall. I contracted his services to handle the federal and franchise taxes of my C-Corp in Delaware, with the added complication that I am not a US resident/citizen. For my purposes, he had the expertise of any large firm while maintaining the friendliness and responsiveness of his small practice. He was quick to respond to all my queries and took time to make sure that I fully understood what he was doing at each stage. I will be contracting Gary’s services again for any of my US tax- or accountancy-based queries in future.
