It is our pleasure to work with Mission. Bernard Roesch and Colleen Holler are both extremely knowledgeable about QuickBooks, accounting and tax issues. They are very efficient, pleasant and helpful. They listen well and understand our issues and questions and they address them completely. In fact, instead of simply providing us the information we need, they have also taught us how to find it on our own. We don't have to stress about any QuickBooks issue because the solution is only a phone call or email away. This is a great comfort. We highly recommend them.

Mission and Deb Lundgren are total professionals. They have been great to work with and are so incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us. I was in desperate need of upgrading (well downgrading) my QuickBooks software. I have been stuck on the Enterprise version for so many years and, while this version offers many fantastic features, it is overkill for my small business. Bernard came to the rescue, helped me find the right solution and pointed me to the right resources to get me through the process of converting my company file so I could upgrade to a latest, but different, version of QuickBooks. QuickBooks is the defacto bookeeping/accounting software, especially for small businesses, and I would use nothing less. Thanks to Bernards patience, easy to understand instructions, passion for helping clients and plain sticktoitiveness to see projects through, I was able to smoothly transition my books by what seemed would be a daunting task. I look forward to working with Bernard and his team in the future.

Mission QuickBooks is the place to go when you need support with accounting questions for your small business. We set up a remote meeting and Bernard Roesch was able in thirty minutes to answer all my questions on reconciling my business bank account on my Mac. He guided me through the steps and took control, as he needed to address the confusion that I was having with completing the process of reconciling my account. After my call in thirty minutes I finished the complete reconcile for 2015 and it came out perfect! I always find after working with Bernard for many years instead of a struggle it best for me just to make a call to Mission.
