Over the past year I've tried to contact them through scheduling meetings via phone, email, and filling out their "schedule a consultation" page on their website but communication is very poor. It would take weeks for them to email me back and every time I call it goes to voicemail which they don't return. They were recommended to me by a relative and I was eager to work with them but due to their lack of communication now and reading other reviews it makes me worried about getting responses and staying up to date on them processing my taxes if I did work with them. At this point, I've given up on hearing back from them and am going to find another tax professional.

I was saved in 2020 and decided to go elsewhere but used Erin for my 2021 filing year which I deeply regret. Never in my life have I owed taxes before this year and what’s comical is this return I have two dependents. When I asked why we owe or what was filed we received disrespect and told we could get a refund which is her admitting to incompetence. Even earning more as a single person I got a return, what she did makes no sense. I was able to google more credits and deductions that she left out. We didn’t even have a consultation to discuss our situation which everyone does by standard even HR block, and they’re not charging $400

I had a horrible experience with Erin two years in a row. I'm amazed anyone who treats their clients this way can continue to run a business. I followed up multiple times to get a simple response and had to threaten moving my business to finally get on her radar. She barely made the deadline for the tax return both years, but left no time for questions or discussion. I gave her a pass in 2020 because she had explained that she was negatively impacted by COVID-19, but 2021 was the same story. Lastly, she struggled to reconcile the big swing in my return from year to year. I literally went line by line to figure out what was driving the change. All I got was the final number with zero explanation on the "why". Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I have used erin and now dave for the last 8 years. without question they both have offered me professional service and have always been on point in my two businesses! if it were not for them, both businesses would have failed during covid...i owe them so so much for getting me and my two businesses through this pandemic! they are 5 star all the way!!!!!!

I have been using All About Numbers LLC for many years. Erin Verespy is very knowledgeable about taxes and all the updates. She responds fast to emails and phone messages. I always have my tax return completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend All About Numbers for all your tax needs!

I have been a client since 1998. Erin at All About Numbers is the greatest accountant in the history of accounting. Erin takes care of everything for me personally and for my four LLC’s. All the federal and state taxes, payroll, town paperwork, and most recently all the filings for PPP. Without her and her team my life would be immensely more difficult. Without hesitation I recommend All About Numbers to everyone I meet.

Erin is awesome, a joy to work with! She went above and beyond helping both myself and my business get the books together and taxes prepared in time for the April 15th deadline. I would definitely have been lost without her step by step assistance throughout this entire process.
