I am so grateful to have found Mike and By The Book Taxes. Mike is HIGHLY knowledgeable. responsive, efficient, communicative, reasonable and approachable. He helped fix a convoluted tax situation of which I had unwittingly created. No judgement, no delay....only action, solution and resolution. I am very happy he is my partner on all things taxes now. Mike helped me with an IRS tax lien problem. I wanted to borrow some money to purchase equipment for my business. The lender saw that I had old, expired IRS tax liens from tax years 2001, 2005 and 2008 and wouldnt approve the loan without written proof that the liens had been released. Mike directed me to where to call in the IRS to get lien releases faxed to the banker. The banker got the releases and Im getting the loan and the equipment for my business. If you have tax problems, call Mike. Hes the expert.
