She is nice and quick but for someone with simple taxes like a w2 she's too expensive. For my tax return she got me the minimal return I could have done my taxes with turbo tax. I started with them but stopped thinking I wanted more in person help. I did my taxes with her and got back less than I would if I did it on my own. Reached out to turbo tax to amended taxes. I'm sure she is great for others with more complex cases but not for me.
